Media Enquiries

Any member of the media wishing to make contact with the a representative of the Cathedral or any individual member of the Chapter or staff should first contact the Chapter Steward by emailing chaptersteward@durhamcathedral.co.uk.

Filming or Recording in the Cathedral Precincts

Before using the Cathedral or any part of the precincts for recording or filming (non-news items), first contact should be made with the Chapter Steward by emailing chaptersteward@durhamcathedral.co.uk. Please note that the Cathedral is a very busy place of worship with many other events each year. Use for filming is restricted by our services and the Cathedral Diary. It is most unlikely that filming or recording can take place at less than 3-4 weeks notice.
