Terms and conditions

1. The Durham Cathedral Web Survey Prize Draw is subject to the following conditions and is open only to people who are a resident of the United Kingdom. Non-UK residents, employees and immediate families and members are welcome to complete the questionnaire but are not eligible for the prize draw.

2. Entries will be drawn on 19 April 2018.

3. The first name drawn will win a hamper of local produce. The prize is subject to availability and Durham Cathedral reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar specification should the specified prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. The prize is not transferable. No cash or credit alternative prize is offered.

4. The Cathedral’s decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. This prize draw is only open to participants who have given contact information at the end of the survey.

6. Winners will be notified independently as soon as possible after the draw.

7. In the event of the prize remaining unclaimed one month after notification to the contact information provided by the entrant, Durham Cathedral may at its discretion draw another winner who will then be entitled to the prize.

8. No purchase is necessary to enter.

9. Entry implies acceptance of these rules.

10. Only one entry per person.

Your information will be collected for the purposes of administering the competition. If you do not wish your personal information to be processed in this manner, but do wish to complete the survey, please leave the relevant fields blank. Please note that if you do not enter any identifying details we will be unable to enter you into the competition.
