Property & Facilities Manager
Location:          Durham Cathedral
Contract:           Permanent
Hours:               37.5 per week
Salary:               circa £30,000 per annum depending on experience
Durham Cathedral is looking to recruit a professional Property and Facilities Manager who will support the Head of Property to ensure that the property portfolio is appropriately maintained in accordance with the Quinquennial Inspection Reports and other associated reports.  The post-holder will join a strong team at the Cathedral and must be able to demonstrate significant experience in property and facilities management as well as budget management.  The post-holder will also deputise for the Head of Property when required to do so.
