This service gives the opportunity for members of the community to come together, whether they have a connection to St Cuthbert's Hospice or not, to remember and celebrate the lives of lost loved ones. By donating to St Cuthbert's Hospice through the Light up a Life service, the names of your loved ones will be added to the book of remembrance and read during the service.
