This new role will help shape how we programme across the Cathedral based around themes for each year, pulling all departments together to deliver a cohesive programme of themed activities which will support the enhancement of our current audiences offer and help attract new audiences to the Cathedral. The role will help define key outcomes for each season and evaluate our performance against those outcomes. The role will also support the Cathedral’s Art programme.
