Entry to the Cathedral Church and Cloister is free for all. 

When you visit, please donate as generously as you can so that free entry can remain. We suggest a donation of £3 per person. 

Admission fees apply to Open Treasure and guided tours.

Please note that access to the Cathedral will be severely limited on 29 December due to our Snowman event. Open Treasure, the Undercroft Shop and Undercroft Restaurant will be open as usual.

Tickets: £5 per person (£4.50 children and concessions) available from the Visitor Desk in the Cathedral.  

You can enjoy access to Open Treasure and a guided tour for just £10 when you up-grade your single Open Treasure ticket at the Visitor Desk. 

Large bags are not allowed in the Cathedral or Open Treasure. 

While we welcome guide dogs, hearing dogs and support dogs in Open Treasure and the Cathedral, we kindly request that visitors restrict all other animals to the Cloister and Cathedral grounds. We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause. 

We also kindly request that visitors refrain from bringing drinks into the Cathedral (with the exception of bottled water). Thank you!
