Choose between a delicious selection of main courses, made using local, seasonal ingredients by the talented chefs of our Undercroft Restaurant. Then prepare for the main event, unlimited helpings of five different miniature puddings.

Pan fried corn fed chicken, carrot and anise puree, pan haggerty, prune jus
Baked cod and chorizo fish cakes, wilted greens, saffron veloute, caper crisps
Chargrilled pesto halloumi steak, autumn ratatouille, lemon beurre blanc
