Following a sell-out fine dining experience in October 2016, legendary chef Anton Edelmann and Master Sommelier Gerard Basset will return to the Undercroft Restaurant in October 2017. 

Inspired by John Thacker's The Art of Cookery (1758) from the Cathedral's Collections, they will serve up an authentic Georgian three-course dinner with a modern twist!
