Requiem with Durham Cathedral Choir

Hear Durham Cathedral Choir perform two stalwarts of the choral music repertoire to commemorate the centenary of the First World War; Johannes Brahms’ Ein Deutsches Requiem and English composer Herbert Howells’ Requiem, composed in the 1930s and modelled on Walford Davies’ A Short Requiem of 1915, written in memory of those killed in the first World War.
