Cathedral Library
Each year the cathedral welcomes a wide variety of readers, borrowers and visiting groups to its libraries. Please contact us if you would like to visit the library.
Location
Main entrance off the south cloister of the Cathedral.
Opening hours
- Monday to Friday
- 9.00am - 1.00pm
- 2.00pm - 5.00pm
- Consultation of material in the Chapter Library Historic Collections by prior appointment only
- Saturday and Sunday
- Closed, except for the first Saturday morning (9.30am - 1.00pm) in the months of February, March, May, June, November, December.
- Public Holidays, additional days at Easter and Christmas and the first two full weeks of July
