What is this online quiet day about?
Durham Cathedral runs Online Quiet Days every two months to encourage people to explore their own spiritual journey, and think deeply about issues and themes that affect us all. This event takes place entirely online.
For this event we delved into Ignatian tradition, reflecting on its origins and its gift on a journey of faith. Our reflections were given by those who dwell deeply within this tradition of prayer, Sr Asia Sikorska and Br Richard Burnford, both of whom are from the Chemin Neuf community.
The Chemin Neuf community is an international Roman Catholic community with a strong ecumenical vocation and bring together members from various Christian denominations to live, pray and work together.
Who is it for?
Everyone is welcome to join us, whether you've stumbled across this for the first time or you watch our online services often.
