Caroline was appointed Head of Human Resources in January 2025, having joined Durham Cathedral in October 2023 and is responsible for HR delivery and support to the cathedral through a small HR team.
Background:
A CIPD Chartered Member with 25+ years experience gained across the full HR function for a wide range of organisations and business sectors in the UK and abroad, Caroline relocated to the North East of England in 2012.
Outside of work, Caroline’s interests include visiting art and antique fairs.
