Director of the Cuthbert Centre for Pilgrimage and Prayer

As the first Director of the Cuthbert Centre for Pilgrimage and Prayer, James will oversee the creation of new facilities around the Chapel of the Holy Cross and lead on setting up the Cuthbert Centre to resource pilgrimage and prayer across the region and beyond.

Background:

James served his curacy in South Norfolk, where he pioneered creative ways of enabling people to engage with pilgrimage and the monastic life.

Before ordination, he had a career in marketing and communications, including four years at Norwich Cathedral. He has worked for the Church of England’s National Evangelism and Discipleship Team and also spent a year as part of the Community of St Anselm at Lambeth Palace.
