Charlie is a member of the Cathedral’s Chapter and leads in a variety of areas relating to pilgrimage, visitor experience and programming.
She oversees the life of the Cathedral’s online Community of Prayer and chairs the Strategic Board of Durham’s UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Prior to joining the Cathedral team, Charlie served as Director of Ordinands and Coordinator for Initial Ministerial Training within the Diocese of Salisbury – a role focused on the discernment and nurturing of vocations.
Previous to this she served as an Incumbent within the Diocese of Portsmouth.
